At the University of Texas, alumni of the Beta Omicron Chapter of Beta Theta Pi remember the house on Shoal Creek as a home away from home in Austin. They learned from each other and grew into the men they became. Whether it was meeting their best friends or future wives, the house will always hold a special place in their hearts. Losing the house in the early 2000s due to long-term debt was an unfortunate lesson they remember today. Going forward, the new alumni fundraising campaign must address this need head-on. The vision is to acquire a property by 2018. With five-year commitments, the Texas Beta Student Aid Fund will be in a position to ultimately provide a home for undergraduate Betas. Goals for the new house, a result of a vigorous fraternity fundraising initiative, will result in:

Kitchen and dining area for the entire chapter
