The Alpha Nu alumnae leadership has developed a solid plan to address the long-term viability of the Kappa Alpha Theta experience on the University of Montana campus. Through good sorority engagement and careful study, assessment, and planning, it has been determined that updates and maintenance to the chapter house are necessary.
The Facility Corporation Board has developed a tactical approach to the future. The project goals presented reflect the need to enhance the safety of the house for the women and to keep Kappa Alpha Theta competitive at the University of Montana.

Paint all bedrooms, library, kitchenette, study room,hallways, stairwells, main floor guest bath, windows, and new doors

Replace carpeting in bedrooms, study room, stairway,and hallways

Replace all windows to address facility needs and to save on overall heating and cooling expenses

Make basic exterior site improvements, including landscaping for structural durability and aesthetic appeal

Retire debt from past repairs

Establish a maintenance endowment to provide partial funding for the capital maintenance and repair of the chapter house
